Select your favorite dress and flaunt it! It's yours for 4 days.

STEP 3

Returns are easy and convenient. Simply drop it back off at the studio or slip it in the mail with a prepaid return bag via Canada Post. We'll take care of the dry-cleaning.

What sizes do you carry?

Currently, we have dresses between sizes 0-12 in our inventory. Do you want us to carry more sizes? Let us know by sending us a message! 

 

Where do you get your dresses from?

We buy new and pre-loved dresses. New items are brought in to keep the collection fresh. We source beautiful dresses from our members which helps to create a community of sharing and in turn, we can all be kinder to the earth.

Do you have a physical location?

We currently operate on-line but can accommodate in-person try-ons at your home or in our location in Coquitlam. Please send us book here.

 

I can't make it to the studio to try the dress. What if it doesn't fit?

Contact us and we will find a way for you to try it on before your event. Alternatively, if you give us your measurements, we can give you our feedback on fit.

  

Can I get my dress delivered to me?

Yes, we can ship your dress to you for $12.00 with Canada Post. Please allow 2-7 business days from the time you placed your order. If you are located in the Greater Vancouver Area, we can arrange a courier for delivery within 1-2 day.

 

I need the dress today! Is that possible?

Please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange a rush order with a courier. Additional courier fees apply and may vary. Please email us at hello@flauntbox.com.

 

I don't live in the Greater Vancouver Area. Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we can! For 4 day rentals, a flat fee of $20.00 will be added for shipments outside of BC. Return shipping is free.

 

How do I pay for my rental?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We can also send a Square Payments invoice or take your payment over the phone should you not be able to check out thru our website. 

 

Can I book my dress in advance?

Yes! You can reserve your dress up to 3 months in advance. We recommend you book it 1-2 days before your event. A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your dress.
 


What if I change my mind after reserving my dress?

Not a problem! If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your booking date, we will refund you 100% of your dress rental fee. If you cancel your reservation 7 days before your booking date, we will provide you with store credit in the full amount of the order.
 
Sorry, no refund/ store credit will be given for cancellations within 7 days before the your booking.

 

What if the dress doesn't fit?

If the dress does not fit you when you've received your package, you can return it to us within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of the date you received the dress. Drop it off in the mail and contact us via email of the return and reason.

If the return envelope is postmarked within 24 hours of receiving the dress (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), we will then issue you a credit for the full rental fee (less delivery charges and less any damages), so long as the dress, in our sole discretion, has not been worn.

 

I'm planning on wearing the dress on a trip. Can I keep it longer?

If you need the dress for longer than our 4-day option, please contact us at the time of booking to see if it's available and to inquire about extended booking prices (additional fee start at $25 for 8-day rental extention).

 

What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?

Accidents happen. Have a worry-free time in our dresses by taking advantage of our "Oops" insurance coverage for an additional $5 to cover you for normal wear and tear issues like broken zippers, missing beads, sequins or buttons, ripped seams or accidental spills. If you are not insured, your card will be charged according to the extent of the damages.

If you are insured and the rented item is damage beyond repair, we may have to charge you the full retail amount less the dress rental price (excluding shipping fees).  FlauntBox reserves the right to determine whether the damage constitutes more than the acceptable "wear and tear" covered by your insurance.

How do I return my dress?

Returns are easy and convenient. We'll take care of the dry-cleaning. Simply put it inside the pre-paid envelope and drop it off at any Canada Post office or mailbox.
